La Residence de la Mer features two three-storey apartment buildings running along Hibiscus Coast Highway with a gated thoroughfare between them leading through to two rear blocks of two storeys. 

The design of the development complements the Orewa suburban landscape with hip roofs, glazed balconies and lush planting. La Mer has a modern coastal palette of grey, white and timber across its durable cladding. 

living

All units have engineered timber flooring throughout the kitchen and living spaces, heat pumps in the main living space, underfloor heating to bathroom, wall heaters to bedrooms, double-glazing, and LED lights.

bathrooms

Each residence features a well-appointed bathroom with tiled shower, vanity storage and mirror cabinet. The townhouses have a separate toilet on the ground level with two modern bathrooms upstairs.

kitchens

All units have a modern kitchen and feature a stone bench, quality fittings and appliances.
